Our goal was to create a brand experience that flowed seamlessly—whether discovered on foot or behind a screen—and resonated with young, upwardly mobile families across Northern California.

We brought that vision to life with a modern identity that feels as cool, connected, and effortless as the community itself, anchored by the tagline “Water to Live By.” A striking palette of blues and sunny yellow ripples through every touchpoint, from lakeside monuments to digital campaigns. Bold geometric patterns, playful illustrations, and a contemporary script wordmark capture the ease, energy, and optimism of life by the water—crafted with purpose and intention.
