A Lot to Celebrate & Appreciate: Recognizing the People Behind the Work

Recognition is always meaningful. But the BIA Bay Area MAME Awards represent more than finalist lists and category counts. They reflect the creativity, collaboration and commitment of an industry working to shape communities throughout the Bay Area.

Gunn Jerkens and our client partners are honored to be recognized as finalists for 20 awards across eight categories at the 2026 BIA Bay Area MAME Awards, including two Community of the Year nominations. We’re proud of the work, grateful for the trust of our clients and equally appreciative of the broader community that makes this event and this industry so impactful.

For our team, these nominations are a reflection of partnership. They represent shared vision, creative trust and a collective commitment to producing work that is not only compelling, but purposeful. Work that helps differentiate communities. Work that supports engagement and sales. Work that helps places feel memorable before and after the first home is sold.

The Gold Rush Gala theme feels especially fitting. It captures a sense of occasion, optimism and Bay Area legacy while creating a memorable stage for the people and projects being recognized. GJ is honored to help support and collaborate with BIA Bay Area on the graphic and set design, a creative contribution that made this celebration feel even more meaningful.

It is also an opportunity to recognize the BIA Bay Area, whose behind-the-scenes work helps support, advocate for and connect the residential development industry across the region. Their commitment to housing, community and quality of life is worth celebrating, as is the role of the Sales and Marketing Council in helping elevate creativity and excellence in new home marketing.

To our clients, thank you for trusting us to help tell your stories. To our fellow finalists, congratulations. We’re proud to be in your company and look forward to celebrating with you at the Gold Rush Gala.

20 nominations. 8 categories. One night. A lot to celebrate and a lot to appreciate.
