Boulevard’s highly anticipated model grand opening took place on Saturday, September 23, when over 600 people came to explore the modern new homes and finally discover what this dynamic new master-planned community is all about.
To set the scene and drive event traffic, our advertising efforts were as social and progressive as the community itself. A motion graphics video was developed and seen by over 8,000 targeted viewers across YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. A text message campaign was rolled out to reach people where they want to be reached – on the go. A programmatic banner campaign launched to attract prospective buyers and then retarget them once they visited the site. Stunning imagery was broadcasted on social media to curate content that reflects Boulevard’s bold and modern aesthetic. And people who were at the event were greeted by an eye-catching Snapchat filter to share the experience with their friends. These efforts helped draw back the curtain to give consumers an exciting first look at Boulevard during the grand opening, which was aptly named The Big Reveal.
But the anticipation for Boulevard’s Big Reveal has been building for much longer than just the event promotion. The excitement began along with the placemaking in 2015, when we worked alongside Brookfield Residential and CalAtlantic Homes to concept this innovative new community in Dublin. It started with a vision, which turned into a branding palette. Then came the logo development, and soon smart, fresh copy was created. The website launched and marketing soon followed. And now that the doors to the community are open, Boulevard will continue to expand and evolve. Themed neighborhood parks and a contemporary rec center are on their way, and new neighborhoods will emerge. Soon the community will be buzzing with life, and we feel honored to play a role in Boulevard’s scene.
