In the case of Centered on Capitol in San Jose, Trumark Homes changed it up when it came to designing the sales center. In order to capture the attention of potential homebuyers, the sales center was transformed to embody the Silicon Valley lifestyle, represent the spirit of the community and engage visitors. An interactive touchscreen inspired connectivity and furnishings modeled the cutting-edge décor of the region. With a combination of dynamic colors and vibrant imagery, the interior atmosphere captured the community’s unique character. Visiting consumers felt connected to the space, and could envision living out their dreams at Centered on Capitol.
